Public Facilities & Services, Inc. was formed in 2005 as a full-service distributor and maintenance provider of Exeloo Automated Public Toilet (APT) facilities. Since that time, PFS has developed into a full-service facility maintenance and general contracting company. Our project mix includes multi-family, commercial, transit and municipal.  As we continue to expand across the U.S., our primary goal is to develop long term partnerships by providing quality turn-key services and solutions.

While we offer a wide range of services all of our projects, no matter the size, are completed by a dedicated team of expert staff members.  PFS has the tools and experience to complete projects efficiently without sacrificing workmanship.
