FACILITY MAINTENANCE
PFS provides an all-around Maintenance Facility solution. This includes keeping spaces, structures and infrastructure in proper operating condition in a routine, scheduled, or anticipated fashion to prevent failure and/or degradation. Also included is one-to-one replacement of components and systems not requiring professional engineering or permitting.
Facilities Maintenance include:
- Providing full janitorial services and general building repairs.
- Managing replacement and repairs of maintenance systems such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical and lighting.
- Painting and pressure washing services
- Supplying lawn care, sidewalk, tree and shrub maintenance.
- Arranging awning repair, glass services and kiosk maintenance.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
PFS has a dedicated team of expert staff members that can handle multiple projects. Clients throughout the United States count on us when they need general restoration services. After performing a thorough on-site assessment of the building, we will work closely with you to bring your vision to a satisfying finished product.
Areas of General Contracting Expertise:
- Manage fire, water, and storm restoration projects, from small losses to total rebuilds.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain a fair settlement on behalf of clients.
- Provide light commercial and tenant fit-outs.
- Develop and execute all project schedules, budgets, and project assignments.
- Implement safety protocols and programs using PPE.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA jobsite requirements.

PFS is the sole distributer of Exeloo APTs in North America and sole source maintenance provider. We offer an array of APT options from fully automated self-cleaning prefab units to SMART restroom retrofit solutions. We also provide full-time staff for maintenance and monitoring.
